Delivery & Setup Specialist (Weekends)

We're looking for a reliable person to deliver, set up, and pick up our soft play equipment for events throughout the Charlotte area.

Details:

  • Schedule: Satudays and Sundays 9am to 5pm
  • Pay: $20/hour

What you'll do:

  • Deliver equipment to customers' homes and event venues.
  • Set up soft play areas according to specifications.
  • Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and properly arranged.
  • Pick up equipment after events.
  • Clean equipment and perform basic maintenance.
  • Provide friendly, professional service to families.

What we're looking for:

  • Valid driver's license. We'll provide the van.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment. The heaviest piece is our 55 lbs T-rex statue.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Friendly demeanor and good communication skills.
Customer Experience Coordinator (Afternoons)

We're looking for a friendly, organized person to be the main point of contact for our customers throughout their rental experience.

Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1pm to 5pm ET
  • Pay: $15/hour
  • Location: Anywhere. This is a work-from-home position.

What you'll do:

  • Respond to booking inquiries via email, phone, and website.
  • Guide customers through the rental process and answer questions.
  • Process bookings, payments, and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Send confirmation emails and pre-event reminders to customers.
  • Follow up after events to gather feedback and encourage reviews.
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and find solutions quickly.
  • Maintain customer database and booking calendar.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination.
  • Comfortable using booking software, email, and basic tools (we'll train you on ours).
  • Patient, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Able to handle multiple conversations and tasks at once.
  • Bonus: Experience with children's parties or family events.
Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

We're looking for a creative storyteller to manage our social media presence and help families discover Acorn Pals.

Details:

  • Schedule: Flexible, 15-20 hours per week
  • Pay: $15/hour
    • Location: Anywhere. This is a work-from-home position.

What you'll do:

  • Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery & Setup Specialist to collect photos and videos from them.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
  • Develop and execute content calendar aligned with seasons and holidays.
  • Track social media metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with our team to highlight new products and promotions.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing social media for a small business or brand.
  • Strong video editing skills (mobile-first content).
  • Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with ability to showcase products in authentic, engaging ways.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience in children's events, party rentals, or family-focused businesses.
